3. Compensation and Benefits
Promoters will receive the following benefits:
- Monetary Compensation: Based on agreed-upon rates per post, campaign, or monthly retainer.
- Product Samples: Free products for review and promotional purposes.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional compensation based on engagement metrics and sales generated.

4. Content Guidelines
- Content must be original, high-quality, and align with GreetLight’s brand image and values.
- Promoters must disclose any material connections with GreetLight in compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Content should be pre-approved by GreetLight before publication.

5. Use of Content
- GreetLight retains the right to use and distribute the content created by promoters across our marketing channels.
- Promoters grant GreetLight an exclusive, royalty-free license to use their content.

6. Confidentiality
Promoters must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by GreetLight and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

7. Compliance
Promoters must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the FTC’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

8. Communication and Reporting
- Regular communication between GreetLight and promoters is essential for a successful collaboration.
- Promoters should provide regular updates on promotional activities and share performance metrics and insights.

9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the collaboration with 15 days’ notice.
- GreetLight reserves the right to terminate the collaboration immediately in the event of a breach of this policy or any unethical behavior.

10. Indemnification
Promoters agree to indemnify and hold GreetLight harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their promotional activities.

11. Review and Feedback
- GreetLight values feedback and encourages promoters to share their thoughts and suggestions.
- Regular reviews of the collaboration will be conducted to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with objectives.
